A full body harness distributes fall arrest forces across the shoulders, thighs, and pelvis to protect workers from serious injuries during a fall. Self-retracting lifelines provide continuous fall protection that moves with the at-height worker. Every personal fall arrest system requires a solid anchor point rated to 5,000 lbs, or be designed by a Qualified Person to arrest a fall. Carabiners and snap hooks complete the connection between the harness, lanyard, and anchorage connector.
